STOCKTON, Calif. — A tragic shooting incident during a family gathering at a banquet hall in Stockton has resulted in four deaths and ten injuries, according to the San Joaquin County sheriff’s office.
The victims include both children and adults, as confirmed by spokesperson Heather Brent. Initial investigations suggest that the shooting may have been targeted.
Authorities have reported that the suspected shooter is still at large and are appealing for public assistance in locating the individual. Investigators are working diligently to establish a motive behind the attack.

Mayor Christina Fugazzi expressed her condolences for the families affected, stating, Families should be together instead of at the hospital, standing next to their loved one, praying that they survive.
Authorities have not yet released detailed information regarding the conditions of the victims, but it was reported that several were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
