The police report indicates that Brook targeted 34 young children, using sweets and money to lure them into a situation where they were photographed naked. He has been charged with multiple offenses, including rape, indecent assault, and child exploitation. Already, authorities have confiscated his camera, which contained some of the illicit images. Following his arrest, Brook appeared in a local magistrate court and was denied bail, pending further investigations requested by state prosecutors.
