In a heartfelt statement from her family, Giuffre expressed her deep gratitude for the "overwhelming" love and support she has received during this difficult time. On March 24, Giuffre was a passenger in a vehicle that collided with a school bus in western Australia. Her family reported that she was initially "banged up and bruised" but her condition worsened, necessitating hospitalization.

The bus driver, who was transporting a group of distressed children at the time, left the scene to ensure their safety before later filing a police report. Giuffre, 41, briefly returned home after the incident but was later admitted to the hospital when her symptoms escalated. In a recent Instagram update, she shared her struggles, stating that this year had gotten off to a "terrible" start.

Though Giuffre lives in North Perth with her husband Robert and their children, reports have emerged suggesting a separation after 22 years of marriage. Her past claims against Prince Andrew, which include allegations of being trafficked by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell at the age of 17, linger in the public eye. Prince Andrew has categorically denied all accusations but settled with Giuffre in 2022, expressing regrets regarding his association with Epstein without admitting liability or offering an apology.
