Out of the 22 individuals on board, Lynch, aged 59, his 18-year-old daughter Hannah, and five others were lost in the disaster. The report emphasizes that the Bayesian became "irrecoverable" once it reached a significant tilt.
Prior to the sinking, the crew had taken shelter from anticipated thunderstorms.
