French Streamer Raphaël Graven's Death Investigated as Autopsy Rules Out Trauma

The death of French streamer Raphaël Graven, popularly known as Jean Pormanove, has taken a disquieting turn following an autopsy that has ruled out any traumatic cause behind his demise. Graven, who streamed on the platform Kick, was discovered dead in his home in Contes, a village near Nice, earlier this week. French government minister Clara Chappaz condemned the incident, categorizing it as an "absolute horror" and initiating a judicial inquiry into what transpired.

Prosecutor Damien Martinelli clarified that medical examiners found no signs of trauma and indicated that the cause of death might be medical and/or toxicological in nature. "There were no internal or external traumatic injuries or burns, just some bruises and healed lesions," Martinelli reported. He noted that Graven could have been suffering from a heart condition, as well as receiving treatment for thyroid issues.

Authorities are actively probing the circumstances of Graven's death, particularly since local media has detailed incidents of violence and sleep deprivation that occurred during his live streams. It is reported that he passed away while live on air. Consequently, police have conducted interviews with several individuals who were present at the time and have seized equipment and footage in hopes of piecing together the events leading up to Graven's death.
