LOS ANGELES (FLUXDAILY) — Celeste Rivas Hernandez, a 14-year-old girl, was found dead due to penetrating injuries, as revealed in a recently unsealed autopsy report. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the death was a homicide, which had previously been a sealed document.

In September, law enforcement officials discovered the girl's dismembered remains in two bags located in the trunk of a Tesla parked in the Hollywood Hills. Initially, a judge had placed a gag order on the report in November at the request of the authorities, but recent agreements allowed for its release.

D4vd, a 21-year-old alt-pop singer whose real name is David Burke, has been charged in the case. He pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, among other serious counts. His legal team asserts that he did not cause Hernandez's death and plans to vigorously defend his innocence.

The charges stem from prosecutors' claims that the musical artist killed the girl after she threatened to disclose their alleged sexual relationship, which reportedly began when she was just 13 years old. A criminal complaint indicates he used a sharp instrument to end her life and later dismembered her body.

The autopsy further detailed the condition of Hernandez's body, with significant injuries to the torso suggesting a violent end. Her remains were so degraded that her eye color was indeterminable, yet forensic specialists noted she had braces and a tattoo reading Shhh.... on an inner finger. Additionally, other fingers were missing along with parts of her limbs.

Dr. Odey C. Ukpo, Los Angeles County's Chief Medical Examiner, emphasized the importance of transparency in the release of such reports, expressing his gratitude that the information could now provide closure to the grieving family. He stated, It is unfathomable they have had to wait this long to learn what happened to their daughter. D4vd, who gained viral fame on TikTok with his single Romantic Homicide, faces an uncertain future as this investigation unfolds.
