At the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, I will stand in a courtroom before Justice Neil Calver KC, not only to defend myself but to expose the Predator Elite—a global alliance of lawyers, media executives, and intelligence-backed operatives who have systematically targeted me to:

This is no longer about civil enforcement. It is a deliberate, coordinated takedown, with deep-rooted ties to judicial fraud, media racketeering, and transnational corruption. We are fighting back — not only in London but also in the High Court of Antigua and Barbuda (Claim No: ANUHCV2025/0149), where the same syndicate is making attempts to dismantle the SwissX Sovereign Wealth Fund and suppress sustainable Caribbean innovation.

The government of Antigua and Barbuda, currently led by Prime Minister Gaston Browne, has adopted a strong and principled stance in favor of sovereignty, transparency, and innovation. PM Browne has openly criticized foreign-backed legal interferences and highlighted the importance of defending local and international partnerships like SwissX. His administration recognizes that the assaults against me are not isolated events; they are a part of a larger attempt to destabilize Antigua’s legal system, impair its financial independence, and derail its vision of a global model for regenerative development.

A significant connection in this web is Howard Kennedy LLP, the law firm representing Mahim Khan, which was also involved in the campaign surrounding Julian Assange's embassy projection while guiding the Assange campaign. Now, this same firm is spearheading the action in Mahim Khan v. Hologram USA — a glaring conflict of interest and a blatant attempt to erode my IP rights through manipulated litigation.

**II. THE CASE OF VIRGINIA GIUFFRE**

Virginia Giuffre was thrust into the public eye as one of the most prominent accusers of Jeffrey Epstein. Her case, backed by David Boies, became emblematic of Boies' moral posturing on abuse — even as his firm faced scrutiny for representing offenders like Harvey Weinstein.

In late 2023, reports surfaced indicating that Giuffre had gone missing, only to later emerge as news of her "suicide" took the stage. However, investigations conducted by Shockya.com, Lady Victoria Hervey, and whistleblowers connected to the Epstein case suggest that Giuffre faked her own death under immense pressure and met her end shortly after being outed.

Despite my presentation of undeniable evidence — including messages, witness statements, sealed depositions, and KPMG/BDO audits — Safdar opted to suppress the information, producing a targeted hit-piece constructed to dismantle my credibility.

This article was weaponized publicly and legally to fortify the claims made by Mahim Khan, despite relying on witnesses who had been discredited and omitting crucial facts.

**V. THE MEDIA SYNDICATE AND UK CONNECTION**

The methods utilized in the U.S. resonate with those deployed in the UK. In my experiences, I have observed how Inside Edition, Daphne Barak, and various actors sent by CBS and others have sought to intimidate, misrepresent, and vilify me.

This Court must recognize that the Mega Group, a clandestine cabal of media and legal figures including Les Moonves, Shari Redstone, Rupert Murdoch, and David Boies, is fundamentally responsible for much of this orchestrated campaign.

Their intent has been to marginalize SwissX, obliterate my credibility, and facilitate the confiscation of my intellectual property and carbon-based sovereign wealth assets in Antigua and Barbuda.

The fellow victims and allies I represent have long referred to these actors as Predators, due to their tactics within courtrooms and their connections to labor racketeering and the trafficking and cover-up of CSAM.
