The arrested individual is a 53-year-old man, reportedly from the Liverpool area, and is believed to be the driver responsible for the rammed vehicle.
In total, forty-seven individuals were harmed during the episode, which included four children among the victims. Emergency services proceeded to transport twenty-seven of the injured to hospitals, with two of these cases—one being a child—reported to have serious injuries.
