Tragic Livestream: Young Influencer Valeria Márquez Shot Dead in Jalisco

In a shocking incident, 23-year-old TikTok influencer Valeria Márquez was shot dead while livestreaming at a salon in Zapopan, Jalisco. The attack, which highlights the escalating violence against women in the country, occurred when two men on a motorbike arrived at the location. One suspect, wearing a mask, directly asked for Márquez, then shot her as she confirmed her identity. Surveillance footage and social media are being reviewed by authorities, but no suspects have been identified yet.

Despite having a following of 113,000 on TikTok, Márquez's account was taken down shortly after her death. A disturbing video of the incident has surfaced online, showing Márquez holding a stuffed toy before the attack.
